Location is excellent with parking in the nearby Mercado Carpark for very reasonable price. We had a corner room which was a little noisy at night, because it fronted onto 2 streets, but otherwise I could not fault it. Would return.

Location: the hotel was adjacent to the sea front, restaurants and shops, the wonderful Spanish old town of Marbella, and the famous. The room we had was spotless and comfortably furnished with bathroom, settee, as for instance. The breakfast was tasteful, the check in was very quick...

The owners of the hotel apartment have been very kind to us and we greatly appreciate their hospitality. Particularly, the owners have been very useful in terms of suggesting most important site-seeings of the south part of Spain. The location of the hotel apartment is perfect, close to the beach, bus stops, central bus station, and to the old city center. The rooms have been equipped with wireless internet access, washing machine, and digital satellite TV that includes more than 300 channels with variety languages, e.g., English, France, Persian, Arabic, Italian, Germanic, and etc. our apartment (No. 3) has a beautiful terrace.
The minor thing that can be improved is the quality of the bed sheets and covers (i.e., they are old). Regarding stairs safety, there is no handrail at the turns of the stairs.

The biggest advantage of the place is its superb location - 2 min walk to Orange square to enjoy old city of Marbella and 10 min to the beach at the same time. The hosts Jose and Doris are extremely nice and helpful people. Room and facilities are new and everything functioned properly. I'd definitely recommend Puerta de Aduares to other people to stay.
If there were a washing machine in the apartment that would be desirable.

The facilities were very nice & comfortable. Everything was clean and functioning. The owners are wonderful, they were always willing to help. They gave wonderful dinner recommendations, looked up bus schedule times for us, offered to clean our room even when it was the clean lady's day off, etc. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a homey place to stay with a good location in Marbella.
The only thing missing from this hotel is WiFi.

Very close to the "casco antiguo" and to the city center in general.
The kitchen was so dirty.... The sheets were stained even after we asked to change them.

We stayed in a 3 bed apartment with a lovely terrace (apartment 8). It was clean, beautifully decorated and centrally located in the centre of the old town with loads of nice restaurants within a couple of min walk. Free wi-fi was very convenient. The apartments recommend the use of a nearby carpark costing 41 euro for 7 days which was very reasonable. The owners Jose and Doris were so helpful.
It was slightly noisy at night due to the central location.
